What To Expect When You Visit Us:
• Appointments can be made by calling or stopping by the shop. An appointment is not necessary, but is appreciated.
• If you would like to drop your vehicle off after hours, you may use our secure drop box by the front door.
• We will inspect your vehicle, estimate the price of the repair (parts and labor) and will give you a call to discuss options.
• We will honestly describe the problem and repair and let you know the price. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
• Please be assured that we have searched on your behalf to find the best options and prices available for your specific repair. Often times there are a few different brands of the same part to choose from and we like to educate our customers so they can make an informed decision for their situation. For example, some people may not plan on keeping the vehicle and will want to use a less-expensive part. Others may plan on keeping the vehicle and will want the part that comes with a lifetime warranty. We are very flexible and will work with your situation.
• More than likely we can get the repair completed the same day. If the repair will take longer than a day, we will let you know when calling with your estimate.
• After you give us the approval to repair your vehicle and the repair is performed, we will thoroughly take it on a test drive or two to make sure that the problem is fixed properly.
• We have options for after hour pick-ups if you cannot make it to the shop during business hours.
• We accept check, cash, and credit/debit cards for payment and can take credit/debit card information over the phone.
